ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Give a brief description of what the incumbent will do – The successful applicant will keep records of income and expenses, perform monthly bank reconciliation, and will perform other financial accounting activity
- Process account payables and receivables.
- Utilize database software to organize financial account information (Quick books online)
- Prepare financial management report
- Receive inventory matched against authorized purchase order
- Maintain inventory management system
- Prepare daily inventory report
- Enter data from count sheets in inventory management system
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor of Science degree (accounting Preferred)
- Posses strong verbal and communication skills, demonstrated ability to organize vast amount of data
- Demonstrate ability to multi task several priorities and possess solid time management
- Competency in QuickBooks and the M.S office suite especially Excel
- Must be detailed oriented and possess excellence organizational skills
- Most be able to follow through consistently
- Must have minimum three (3) years working experience in a private sector
- Applicant already enrolled with any of the professional bodies will be considered as an added advantage (CPA, CIMA and ACCA)
