ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Give a brief description of what the incumbent will do – The successful applicant will keep records of income and expenses, perform monthly bank reconciliation, and will perform other financial accounting activity
 

  • Process account payables and receivables.
  •  Utilize database software to organize financial account information (Quick books online)
  • Prepare financial management report
  • Receive inventory matched against authorized purchase order
  • Maintain inventory management system
  • Prepare daily inventory report
  • Enter data from count sheets in inventory management system

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor of Science degree (accounting Preferred)
  • Posses strong verbal and communication skills, demonstrated ability to organize vast amount of data
  • Demonstrate ability to multi task several priorities and possess solid time management
  • Competency in QuickBooks and the M.S office suite especially Excel
  • Must be detailed oriented and possess excellence organizational skills
  • Most be able to follow through consistently
  • Must have minimum three (3) years working experience in a private sector
  • Applicant already enrolled with any of the professional bodies will be considered as an added advantage (CPA, CIMA and ACCA)
